At Legliz Lekòl Lakay, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Have original tags attached (if applicable)
- Be free from stains, odors, or damage
- Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
Returns requested after 15 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or clearance items marked "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Limited-edition products marked as non-returnable
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at leglizlekollakay@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
