Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been received and verified.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before completing your purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery times:

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.

Estimated delivery times vary by country and may range from:

Customers are responsible for any:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Legliz Lekòl Lakay is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Invalid contact information

Additional shipping fees may apply if a package must be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
